Is the frontpage SEO friendly? If so, I assume each section needs optimising?

Yes, front page sections are SEO friendly :slight_smile: but this also depends on you, how you design them or how you use elements in the sections

Many thanks. Is there anything in particular I should be doing that is specific to Ildy and the front page sections? My plan is to use keywords within the content etc. Also, how do I know which elements are H1-6, or do I need to add them?

I’ve just gone to my site to optimise the front page and have a couple of questions.

The only way I can see to update the copy in the front page sections is by going to ‘customise’, is this right?

Do I need to add tags (<h1>) manually to add headers to the copy in the sections?

Yes, front page can be created from appearance > customize and by adding section widgets on the page
"Do I need to add tags (<h1>) " - its up to you, if you want you can add any tag in any section
