It seems that tyche-child.css is executed first and then overwritten by style-lightblue.css
What is causing that? I have changed the home page with the customizer and a.o. chose light-blue.
Might that cause this problem?

Could you clarify where exactly in the appearance \ customization options you are in when you say “customizer and a.o. chose light-blue.”
And maybe include the link to the page we see how the files load to determine if its overriden.
