Shapely and SiteOrigin pagebuilder

After update SiteOrigin Pagebuilder Version 2.7.0
Cannot open open pagebuilder from live customization through “layout builder”. Click and nothing response
and sometime came out this error:

Request-URI Too Long
The requested URL’s length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
Additionally, a 414 Request-URI Too Long error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hope you are having a good day and thank you for your question

  1. Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again your problem, most probably this I conflict with third-party plugins.
    Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict

  2. if above steps do not help problems with third-party plugins must be discussed with the third party plugin providers :slight_smile:
