Shapely Demo Content Import Error - "Oops! That page can’t be found."

Hello,

I am having the same problem as user, Calmansi, had in https://colorlibsupport.com/t/demo-xml-import-fails/.

I try to import the Shapely demo content, downloaded from Shapely Theme Documentation - Colorlib, but it redirects me to a page saying, “Oops! That page can’t be found.”

I have already tried temporarily activating the Twenty Fifteen theme then re-importing, but I still get the same response.

Would be greatly appreciative if you are able to help! The theme looks really good! :slight_smile:

Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

Thank you for sharing the site details.

I logged in to your site and could import demo content by not selecting option “Download and import file attachments” when importing.

As i didn’t select option “Download and import file attachments” therefore some images are not imported on the site but you can set those missing images as described on the following page.
