Shapely embedded video doesn't autoplay.

Hi,
I have embedded videos in my website: http://ils.saiacs.org/ using the following code:

<iframe src=“YouTube” width=“1260” height=“550” frameborder=“0” allowfullscreen=“true”></iframe>

<iframe src=“https://player.vimeo.com/video/279787826?autoplay=1&title=0&byline=0&portrait=0” width=“1260” height=“550” frameborder=“0” allowfullscreen=""></iframe>

The video doesn’t autoplay. Some help would be appreciated.

Sorry but im not sure if this is related to the theme settings because there is no such setting to set video autoplay,
lets make sure in this, please activate one of default wordpress theme and try again
