My featured images on my posts are blurry. I used the recommended 1110x530 size and it is still blurry. Any ideas?

My website is not currently published. Is there another way? All my images are blurry by the way. Even ones downloaded online and ones i made in canva. Ive tried jpg and png. Ive tried just right sizes, too big sizes, and too small sizes. nothing is working.

Well, when the case is like this, when theme behaves not usual i need to check it live 
ok, lets try something else, probably this is a third-party plugin deactivate all third party plugins and try again your problem, most probably this I conflict with third-party plugins.
Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict
