Shapely - Page builder unresponsive

Hello,

After I updated the Page Builder plugin, it has made my web page unresponsive. I have deactivated all plugins, and found out that non of them are conflicting with Page Builder. Then i tried to change to another theme, that made it work. So I know there is a conflict between page builder and Shapely theme.

Is it possible to get some help to resolve the problem. I am not sure if it is page builder that is not working or shapely?

Hi,

Which page builder plugin you’re using, and exactly what is not working in the shapely theme when you turn that plugin ON? Can you explain us some more details, so that we can look in to the issue?

Hello laranz,

I solved the problem by using a back-up where the problem did not occur. I also found out if i rolled back the Page builder plugin to version 2.4.25 which is 14 month old i worked again. But that was a bad solution, so i used a backup that I luckily had.
