Shapely parallax section background image not mobile responsive

Hello,

Currently, I am working on my portfolio and I used the Shapely parallax front page section as a header image. The image is showing perfectly on the desktop. However, when I use my mobile phone the image is not responsive and cut out.

In the attachment, you can find the result of the desktop version and the mobile version.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Sorry, but this is parallax section and this is how its code, unfortunately, you can’t fix this image to fully show for the mobile screen, the idea of this section is to use images without any text
