Shapely tag category template

Hello.
I have created child theme for Shapely theme. Now I need to create won templates for rendering this page of the website: http://ook.lightmen.com.ua/tag/yves-rocher-iv-roshe-otzyvy/ this is tag archive (category page). Can you help me to create my own template? I started from here: Tag Templates « WordPress Codex and I want to create some tag-id.php or tag-slug.php where id or slug I plan to get from my tag of the website.

Question where I can find tag.php in your Shapely theme or some analog of these which can help my to create my own custom page layout?

Oh, I have made it from an archive.php file which I fond in the theme root folder.
