Hi i have a problem with shapely theme every change i made in theme is not showing me in ,phone and browser what can i do to fix it please help me ?

Please try deactivating any third party plugins that were not bundled with the theme. Especially Jetpack if you are using that plugin.

i deactivated the plugin and also deleted ,the plugin from wp and i cleard all the cache and ,whoala its the same in phone is not showing nothing contents that i installed ,photos ect nothing and ,other problem when i edit css style ,color menu and update it , same thing nothin shows up ? what is the problem , i contacted the hosting company ,and they tested the site ,and said that the problem is in the theme shapely
also when i update the theme ,it will update forever… taking time
