I have a massive problem and I’m not sure if my hosts are meant to resolve it (so far they haven’t been able to) - my Shapely wordpress site is not displaying properly on iPhones which is obviously a massive problem!

Could you please tell me a bit more in detail what is not displaying properly on your site by sharing the screenshot of it?
You can also use https://www.responsinator.com/ to test it.
