Shop Product Filters not working

Good day!

I’ve been searching for a solution for this for days now to no avail. Please let me know how to fix this error. As you can see, I’ve included the product filter widget on the shop page but it’s not appearing.

Please ensure that you have installed the new WordPress 4.9 update as having a later version could be causing the shop sidebar not to appear.
