Do we need to upload three different sizes of images for each product?
ie: 90x90, 150x150 and 300x300
My images are coming blurry.

Actually default image size for this theme is set like this:
And even if you have smaller images set in WooCommerce settings you don’t need to upload 3 different images you need one large image that will be resized automatically.
If you have already uploaded images then you will have to regenerate thumbnails using plugins such as this one.
