Shrink Recent Posts Images to Thumbnail Size

I posted some test blogs to see how they would appear on the homepage under “Recent Posts” and they both came out a lot larger than expected. https://popcornnotallowed.com/

They look fine on the actual blog page Blog - PopcornNOTAllowed , but I’m not sure what happened on the homepage or how to get those images to appear thumbnail size.
