Sidebar appearing under post body on post page

Hi, currently sidebars are showing up under the post body on my site here: http://www.accomplice-tv.com/wp/2016/07/23/bachelors-walk/

Previously had issues with the sidebar appearing under the primary area on a static front page, and fixed by removing code on content-page.

I would be appreciative for any and all feedback and comments on this problem!

THanks,
Andrew

Hi Andrew,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

It seems this is happening because of invalid markup added in the post content.

Could you please temporary try removing all content from the post and see the sidebar displays fine?

If yes then it’s the issue in the content that you have added in the post.

Best Regards,
Movin

Im having the same issue, I have deleted the content and the side bar now appaers on the right. Attached is how it looks now

Hi Movin, I removed the content from the post above and the issue is still the same. I would be very grateful if you could help me solve this problem.

Thanks,
Andrew

@robfarrell1969 Awesome great to see you got that resolved.

@murpha57 Have you made any changes in the theme files?

Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

Thanks Moving. The user is admin and the password is sr5Qb)qCS%i0ee$5eKK0I9N3. Ofc you can login here: http://samsonfilms.com/wp/wp-admin/

Thank you so much for your help!

Apologies, I have only realised I gave you the wrong URL. It is http://www.accomplice-tv.com/wp/wp-admin/. I am having the same problem with both sites though.

Andrew

@murpha57 The shared credentials works only with your site samsonfilms and doesn’t work with accomplice-tv.com/wp

On the site samsonfilms static front page the sidebar is displaying fine as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi Movin, Apologies I accidently posted the link to the wrong site. But both sites have the sidebar on the post page appearing below the post.

Try the credentials I shared with you on http://www.accomplice-tv.com/wp/wp-admin/ . And look at a page like this one http://www.accomplice-tv.com/wp/2016/07/23/pure-mule/ where the sidebar is appearing below the post.

However you could help me would be greatly appreciated!!

I resolved the issue on your samsonfilms site by editing the theme file single.php where you had added the extra closing tags as shown in the attached screenshot.

Do the same for the site accomplice-tv.com/wp as i can’t log in to it using your shared credentials.
