When I make a new page the sidebar disappears.
I checked the option “standard template” but still no sidebar.
How do I keep the sidebar in place?

And I Get a form on the bottom of the text.
How do I get rid of that?

To change the comment settings for a post or page you already published, start editing that post/page.
Then, locate the Discussion module on the edit screen, and either check or uncheck the options it offers. You should see this option under Post/page edit screen. If not you can enable it via Screen options.
To enable slider you should just rename/remove front-page.php file from them root folder because this template works only without sidebar but removing it will fall back to regular template. For other pages sidebar should work just fine and I see that on your website as well.
