skills widgets - front page

Hi,

I’m starting on the Illdy theme (which is gorgeous by the way), but I can’t find the widgets skills showing on your video, for the About section or Services sections. I can’t change percentage, color etc…
How can I activate these widgets to personalize my front page please?
