I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Have you made any changes in the theme files?
Please make sure that you are using latest version of theme and have configured the slider correctly as described on the following page.
Please note that all theme options are now moved to WordPress customizer that you can find in the admin area under Appearance >> Customize. All settings are still there but now you can tweak everything on a live preview. This change is made due to wordpress.org recommendation.
Also please try using the solutions posted by users in the following thread.
