Slider link in excerpt

Hello everyone,

thank you for the great theme. I have one just one small problem: I removed the general link to the post in the slider. Now I want to add a link in the excerpt. It doesn’t display the link in the slider even though I inserted the link in the post. I think it might be because the slider only shows the excerpt. How can I change it so the slider shows the whole post?

Hi Eric,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

The whole post can’t be displayed in the slider as it may go beyond the slider limit.

Instead you can display the read more link in the slider excerpt by using the attached child theme that contains some custom code in the functions.php file.
