# Slider

Hi, I have a problem with switch on the slider. When I enable slider, I have only one option :  
Number of slider items  
and I can not set up Slider Category

Hi @piotrstrus,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please make sure you have created the post category and assigned it to at least one post.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
