slug creates dates automatically

Hey once again!

I have a problem with slug, however i post an article my slug contains dates.For instance “https://www.vigorestic.com/2017/11/18/medicinal-herb/”
I don’t want these dates to appear in my article address. Please suggest me a way to remove them forever.

You can remove it by setting appropriate permalink structure on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
