Smooth Scroll Issue

Hi there. I am having issues getting the scroll to top to work as the demo.
The demo page scrolls to the top of the page, where as my page just jumps to the top.

I have tried a few solutions from this thread:

Hi @yusuflimz,

I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.

I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed in the future version of theme.

In the meanwhile you can try fixing this by using the attached small plugin specially developed for you that contains some custom code.

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. ...public_html/opus/wp-content/plugins/colorlib-divilab-plugin/

Plugin install failed.

It seems you have already installed some colorlib custom plugin therefore you are getting this error so to resolve this conflict please try using the attached modified custom plugin.
