Hi, I am trying to make my social icons appear on the main menu but can’t. I could use the social menu but I want to make it appear at the top of the page. I wanted to know how to fulfill both things.

In reference to your request here, unfortunately having both of the menu items appear on the top would entail a bit of custom work of which is not covered under normal theme support. If you would wish to have this implemented, I would suggest on seeking services from Envato Studio (https://colorlib.com/out/envatostudio).
