Is it possible to make a “top-bar-wrap” in travelify and move the header social icons to top-bar-wrap area (just like Example ) and move the main-menu where the social icons are currently show and have breadcrumbs at the place where the main-menu currently show?

This is possible to be implemented, however, it is way out of scope of free support. We are here to help with theme setup, customization via Theme Options and some small html/css changes but your above mentioned customizations would require complete rewrite of theme header and maybe even more.
