Social menu doens't show the social icons

I’m seeing only a blinking exclamation mark & question mark where normally the logo of the social media should be. How can this be fixed?

This is a strange issue. Please go to Appearance > About Shapely > Recommended Plugins then ensure that you have installed all the plugin available, ensure that you have installed the Shapely Companion plugin.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately with no result. I have installed and activated all the available plugins (also Shapely Companion). Is there another solution?
