Sonar theme - scrolling the main page on mobile devices doesn't work well

Hi!
Thanks for the great theme!
I have a major problem however, just after insterting all the content and uploading the page I discovered that the main page doesn’t work properly on mobile devices (Android for sure). When I try to scroll down below the quotes, the page scrolls with very small steps. It doesn’t happen on other pages like portfolio (which is long too). And it doesn’t happen on PC. I tried to check the html, styles but I couldn’t find the cause. Could anyone help or point what may be happeining?

I also couldn’t check it on Sonar’s test page because it doesn’t work on my mobile (I get redirected to colorlib website instead). Sonar - Best Website Template For Photography Business - Colorlib

Sorry but i cant see the same problem on your page, is this resolved?

No, unfortunately no. What OS and browser are you using? Problem certainly appears using Chrome on various Android devices and only on the main page when you scroll past quotations.

Other users also reported that sometimes menu links doesn’t work - you have to tap the link several times to actually work (but that’s a different topic).

I attach short vid from my cell phone (Honor 10 with 8.1.0 Android using Chrome 69). Problem appears even when I turn on desktop version of the site in Chrome options.
