[Sparkling] Add wordpress excerpt field into category pages

Hello,

I would like to display the wordpress excerpt field in category pages instead of the full article (or the text before the more tag if you add one).

How can I achieve that ?

To be more precise I would like that in categories, posts are show like the image attached (but without author, comment and date) and that the text is the excerpt.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

The category page displays post excerpt if you have checked theme option “Show post excerpts?” as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hello Movin,

Thank you for your answer but I have already checked that box. Posts are fully shown in my category pages if I don’t add the more tag.

It seems there was a bug.

I have unchecked the box and checked it back and it worked…
