starting Homepage Settings

Hello,

i install the Shapely theme but i can’t find where to customize main page.
I install everything needed and the demo pack.

then
when i go in widget session i can’t move anything
when i click on “about shapley” then customise - i arrived on a blanck slider page where i can choose my theme, acces Shapely doc / facebook but that’s it…
when i go on main page and then click customize at the top - the same

that’s wrong ???
I’m using the last Wp, homepage is correctly set (as Homepage and static)
I’m using Chrome

Yes the companion is installed.
I just can’t see any widget in the left bar ???

Maybe i do something wrong.
How do you access to homepage customization (the left bar with all the widget and texte aditing)?

Sorry for the late response, I think the problem came from a plugin, can you please deactivate all the plugins except the shapely companion/contact form 7/ jetpack to see if the problem persists ?

Hi,

The login didn’t work, can you double check it? So that we can check what is wrong with that. Did turning on WP_DEBUG shows any error in the customizer screen? WP DEBUG « WordPress Codex

Do you remember when this issue starts? After a code edit, plugin install/update? Can you tell us this.
