I have just installed Travelify theme on a new website.

I want to create a static home page with slider on top, I have created a home page and added dummy text to get started, but the content of the page is not displaying, instead page says “No Posts Found.” It seems to me that the home page can only show blog posts because I tried installing another theme and it is working fine. Can you please suggest how do I add a static home page with content?

You can achieve this by setting static front page in the Reading Settings of your site as shown in the attached screenshot.

Thank you for your reply, I had already set the static front home page in the reading settings but was still getting this problem. I ended up using another theme to design the layout. Thank you for your help though, really appreciate it!
