How can I create a homepage that has a static “post” of text and or picture in the main area (not header area) which does not include the “Read More” button nor the time, date stamp of a post? I would like a static area that serves as a simple introduction but is not a post. Please advise.
Of note, I created another post to help me change the background color of the “post” area to match the red you can see for my brand in the picture attached. I really just want a simple, clean introduction homepage. The sidebar, and menu are the only places I want dynamic content right now.
