Style sheet missing from Ilene Berg template

Hi, I’ve downloaded the Ilene Berg template but every time I try to install it, whether through the dashboard or manually, is gives an error saying that the theme is incomplete and missing the style sheet. Where can I find this document and where do I upload it to? I need to get my site up and running.

Well, its html template and it’s not possible to install it in the WordPress themes
