[Support Request] Cannot change jumbotron image / no bg or colour tabs

So I downloaded and tested an older version of the Illdy theme in which I had no problem changing the jumbotron image. Installed the theme on my site and got a notification that an update was available, so installed it… and now I can’t seem to change the jumbotron image.

There is no option to use featured image, so that doesn’t need to be turned off, and at the bottom of the edit section, there ARE Color and Background tabs, but nothing is loading below them (See image).

Thoughts?

Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again your problem, most probably this I conflict with third-party plugins.
Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict Thanks!

I deactivated every single plug-in. Still not working.
