[Support request] Video overlapping with headline

Hi there,

Thanks for creating this lovely theme.

I’m using it to build my site (http://rofl-agency.com/)

I recently added a video as my jumbotron feature, but unfortunately it has overlapped with the headline of the section below.

Strangely, this is only an issue with Chrome on my 27" monitor (not my laptop) and not Edge.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks,
Rob

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

You can use the following CSS code to increase the margin at the bottom by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and pasting it there.

/*Add margin to jumbotron*/
.illdy-jumbotron-background, .illdy-jumbotron-background #wp-custom-header {
    margin-bottom: 20px;
    padding-bottom: 20px;
}

Best Regards,

Hello support and thanks for the quick reply.

I added the CSS, however I still get the same issue :frowning:

Can you please review and advise?

Cheers,
Rob

Hey there,

Try this instead

/add margin to header/
#projects > div.section-header > div > div{
margin-top:3%
}

Thanks. I just tried it - sadly not :frowning:

When I refresh the page for a split second the video goes up so you can see the ‘About’ title, but then it goes back down to the same spot.

Any other suggestions?

Rob

Hello there,

This issue may require some more work.

You said it only happens with Chrome on the 27 inch monitor but could you please tell me does the issue occur on Firefox?

Best Regards,

Hiya,
It’s fine in Firefox and also Edge.
Just Chrome - which is obviously the most popular browser. Typical, eh?
Appreciate your help with this.
Thanks,
Rob
