Template Extended Version - Where to activate the 5 free domains?

Hello, I recently bought an extended version template for web. Yet, I found no link to activate the domains in order that I can safely remove the footer or change it as I wish… Where to?

No need to activate domains somewhere, once you have license this means you already have rights to use it on 5 domains,
