I noticed that this template https://colorlib.com/preview/theme/ramirez/theme/index.html presents problems of displaying the PORTFOLIO area from a mobile device as the tabs overlap and are not clickable.
What solution could be applied?

Unfortunately, the HTML templates are only available as they are currently and we do not provide any customization on the same.
You would need to implement some customization on the same to modify the layout from overlapping.
