Thank you for your lovely Shapely theme that I am happy to use.
I want to insert the disclaimer and privacy section. I would like a small link at the bottom. How do I create that with the shapely template?

You could create the disclaimer page then go to Appearance > Widgets and add the Shapely call to action widget to the homepage and link it to the disclaimer page.
