I’ve been really happy with the theme. First time building a website. This is the first problem I’ve had. The website scrolls just fine on desktops, but it doesn’t scroll on mobile devices. On phones (iPhone and android) the front page appears, but you can’t scroll down or up. You can select the menu and go to another page, but on that page you can’t scroll down or up either. Please help me to fix this issue.

I still need a solution to my problem. My website (www.incitecolorado.com) is not functioning on phones or tablets. It doesn’t scroll up or down on portable devices.

Please disable the Portfolio X plugin. It’s overriding the JS on your site and is making it impossible for you to scroll on mobile devices.
