Theme Shapely "error 500" blank site

Hello guys, today my site has become “error 500” though it was still running well before.
I tried WP_DEBUG mode

define('WP_DEBUG',true);

and the error message is

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/******/public_html/wp-content/themes/shapely/inc/customizer.php on line 22

What is your php version on the server? make sure its above 5.6

Sorry this is my bad, since for the cms mambo analysis, I forgot to replace the php version. Thanks sir
