there is something wrong with shapely in moble mode

when in the moble mode there is some thing wrong with the [widget-handle].
my webset url http://ato.newfuture.tokyo/en/
i did the steps like blow

  1. enter [http://ato.newfuture.tokyo/en]
    2.enter[http://ato.newfuture.tokyo/en/?p=104]
    3.enter[http://ato.newfuture.tokyo/en/#shapely_home_parallax-5]
    now i cant click the [widget-handle] any more.or even i click the [widget-handle]
    the drop down list will not appear any more.

so i need your help,how can i get it appear.

I am so sorry that l can’t describe my question clearly.

now i am creating a website with the shapely theme .but there is something
that Strange when on mobile .

here is the url of my website [http://ato.newfuture.tokyo/en/].

if i enter the websit with the url of [http://ato.newfuture.tokyo/en/#shapely_home_parallax-5] directly.
something wrong happens as the picture i uploaded.

I not sure why this is happening, most probably because of you are using not proper url for one-page website, you have to use the main url of the website which is http://ato.newfuture.tokyo when we use this url menu is working normally
