The thumbnails for my popular post don’t show up on my webpage. The images exist but it displays an error message.

It seems this is happening because of https protocol you are using on your site that is casing an error as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please try resolving the issue by using the solutions share on the following page?

Because my site is hosted through MLA commons I don’t have access to my website code 
I tried to do a work around with css, about the only thing I can customize via the sparkling settings, but to no avail. I loved this feature but it’s just beyond my reach right now. Thank you for your help at figuring out the problem.
