Top-level link on dropdown menu on mobile devices not working #

Hi,
I have an issue with the top link (chaplaincy) in the dropdown menu on mobile devices. It does not link to its own page only shows #. The sub menu links work perfectly and the (chaplaincy) link works great on the computer.

I ended up creating a custom link # and added the page in the sub menu.
