Top picture in the shop is a coffee cup - not changing to featured picture

Hi,
My shop page does have a featured image, but it does not appear at the top. It’s still the coffee cup. How do I change this? Please check it out here:

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Blog Options > Blog Archive > Header Image and replace the image there.
