Translate "LEAVE A COMMENT" and "Search..." to Dutch & French

Hello,

I want to translate the “LEAVE A COMMENT” and “Search…” strings to Dutch and French. I have been able to translate all other comment related text via loco translate, but the LEAVE A COMMENT and Search strings don’t seem to be present in the .pot files for Dutch and French.

Any suggestions on how to go about this?

This is a bug and it would be solved in the future updates.
