I have the Travelify theme for my blog (travellerstree.net), and in some cases, it cannot be opened at all on mobile devices, or when it occasionally does open, it shows a much simpler version of the theme, with no slider etc.
Any ideas, what could be wrong?

You are using some kind of “mobile” plugin. Most likely it is Jetpack module called “Mobile Theme”. Since theme is responsive you don’t need this plugin enabled. That’s why you see much simpler version on mobile.
