I am having trouble installing the demo content. I’m using the latest version of Wordpress. I have increased the PHP Memory to 256m in wp-config and tried to import the content using the 2016 theme, but still get this error message:
“Sorry, there has been an error.
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”
I don’t know where to find the php.ini to try to increase the post_max_size – or how to do that.
Ok then Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?
I just logged in to your site and confirmed the issue so i just temporary activated the default WordPress Twenty Fifteen theme and imported the demo content on your site then reactivated the Shapely theme.
@jamminjimmyk If you are facing the same problem then try temporary activating the default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and import the demo content then reactivat the Shapely theme.
Hello Movin I’m having the same issue, I have already activate Twenty Fifteen and import the demo content then reactivat the Shapely theme and still keeps displaying the same error: Oops! That page can’t be found.

@gahe To help us keep support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question here https://colorlibsupport.com/c/shapely/ instead of replying on others thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
Why should I create a different thread when I have the same problem that this two guy?? It does not have any logic at all. Since I’ve googled my problem many people has the same problem. Im just saying your solution did not work.
@gahe The solution i have posted here works for the topic creator but if it is not working for you then there must be something wrong on your site that we have to find out. Now the topic creator may be not interested in it but still he will get unwanted notifications of the replies posted here as he is creator of this topic so i request you to create separate topic for your question.
Also if other users ask the same question like you then to save time and provide quick support we share the URL of your existing topic and not this topic so we have to not make thread messy and hard to read.
I am sure you understand this and will cooperate by creating separate topic.
