Trouble Using Gravity Forms in Shapely

Hi,
I have a site that i took over. It was previously on Twenty Nineteen Theme. It was or is using ARforms and Contact form 7. I downloaded and installed Gravity Forms.
I do not have a "forms’ option on my side bar in the back end of the site. I deactivated all the plug ins and reactivated them one by one and nothing changed. I changed themes back and forth and nothing happened.
Is there something else i can try?

Im sorry but if you don’t have options to add your gravity forms on the sidebar please take a look at the Gravity forms documentation or support, I believe this is not theme related problem
