I have problems with Photon jetpack, when I put a prominent picture with this Photom activated automatically enlarges, the theme is problem that is incompatible with the plugin?.

It is not incompatibility with theme but your featured images are set too small as default size is 750px by 410px. Photon things that it would be a “great” idea to resize them properly as theme request this size.
If you want to keep using 750px by 200px like you have set now than change it in the functions.php, so they would be alawas resized like that. Change can be done via Child Theme as well.
