# Unable to download Transcend website template

I paid $19 USD for a subscription to the Transcend website template. I received the purchase confirmation emails but the download link in the email and on the website does not work. I receive the following error message: “You must have an active subscription to Transcend in order to download this file.” How do I resolve this error?

When did you make a purchase? if it’s more than a year then you need to renew your subscription
