Updated Theme, Gravity Forms Form with Conditional Logic Not Showing

I Updated my Dazzling Theme yesterda and now my Gravity Forms Form with Conditional Logic is Not Showing. If I remove all of the conditional logic from it, it displays.

This is known issues with this theme update and new version is already available on Github and should be available via automated update once it will be approved. It is taking way too long to approve it but I already submitted it last week.
