URGENT! Mobile Responsiveness Not Working

Hi, the mobile version of my site is not working and takes a crazy long time to load. Could you help, please?

Hey there,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

In regards to your mobile, I’m seeing you made some modifications to the theme.
However, have you taken any steps to optimize it your website.

Hosting environment

Using a shared hosting provider or a hosting company that is not optimized for WordPress will impact your site’s performance

We recommend WP Engine as the primary go-to solution for your WordPress Website.

Having too many plugins installed also affects the performance of your site.

Images not optimized to be used on the web are a detriment to page load speeds

Please take a look at this plugin to optimize the size of your images without the loss of quality integrity.

EWWW Image Optimiser

Using a cache plugin

Caching plugins address this issue by creating a static version of your content and delivering it to visitors. This can reduce your page loading time significantly. You could see an improvement in overall website performance of around ten times.

W3 Total Cache

Using a Content Delivery Network Resource
CDN reduces hops and lowers latency for your website and also allows users to load your site from the nearest available server to them which results in faster loading times of your website to the end user.

Best regards,

Thanks a lot for your help.

I tried removing plugins and that helped with the speed. However, the mobile responsiveness is still a problem. I don’t think it’s anything to do with the hosting as I have has sites before and the same hosting and they worked fine in mobile.

Any other tips? Anything I can add to the CSS?

This theme is supposed to be responsive, right?

Hi there

Can spot only one problem on responsieve mode and this is logo, you can fix it with thi cs, please add it in appearance > customize > additonal css:

#header .top-header a img {
    width: 100%;
#header .top-header a {
    display: block;

You definitely need to change header banner image, its 4mb size and kills loading time :slight_smile:
